Kandice holds a Master’s Degree in Health Services Administration and a Master’s Degree in Professional Communication in Health  Services Administration, providing a strong foundation in healthcare operations, strategic messaging, and audience engagement. She understands what it takes to keep the lights on and patients coming through the door—and how thoughtful, compliant, and targeted marketing plays a critical role in making that happen.
